Form Aluminium Formwork

1. Preparation work before the installation of the template.

When installing aluminum formwork, design must be carried out before construction. Based on the building construction drawings and structural construction drawings, the aluminum formwork floor plan, segmented plan plan, assembly drawing of the formwork system, and formwork construction plan should be prepared. Reasonably select the model of the template to reduce the secondary processing of the template. Before installing the formwork, carefully carry out construction measurements, lay out and check, control the elevation of this floor, level the formwork, ensure that the bottom of the formwork is at the same height, set positioning steel bars on the wall, and ensure that all designed pre-embeddings are ensured before the formwork is installed. The fittings and reserved openings have been left in place, and the laying of pipelines has been completed; the steel bar binding of the end columns, corner columns, and concealed columns of the shear wall has been inspected and accepted.

2. Install aluminum wall formwork.

When installing aluminum wall formwork, the interior wall and then the exterior wall should be installed in order. After installation, the verticality and horizontal elevation should be checked. If there is any deviation, adjustments should be made in time and the cause should be found to prevent recurring problems.

3. Install supports and top edge of wall.

After the wall formwork is installed, install the diagonal supports and make preliminary adjustments to the verticality and horizontality. After the adjustment is completed, install the side formwork and corner formwork on the top of the wall.

4. Install aluminum beam formwork.

First splice it on the ground, and then install it all day long. Use corner molds on both sides to fix it on the wall formwork. When installing, first base plate and then side plate.

5. Installation of floor formwork.

Install the floor keels after all wall formwork installation and adjustments are completed. During installation, assemble them on the ground first and then install them as a whole. After the keel is installed, install the panel. First use pins to temporarily fix it, and finally tighten the pins uniformly. After the panel is installed, adjust it horizontally.

6. Remove the formwork.

After the concrete pouring is completed and the strength reaches the standard, the formwork can be dismantled. The non-load-bearing structures should be dismantled first, and then the load-bearing structures.
