5. Strengthen the acceptance system. In addition to the conventional acceptance standards for aluminum formwork, the process acceptance should be strictly controlled in combination with the actual project.

6. During the concrete pouring, workers are sent to check the formwork and solve problems as soon as possible. Mainly track whether the nuts of the through-wall screws are loose, whether the pins are loose, and whether there is a partial mold explosion. When the formwork is installed and during the concrete pouring process, the extreme difference of the formwork top plate should be checked and reviewed, and the excessive points should be adjusted in time.

7. Formwork removal quality control. The high price and high reuse rate are its unique characteristics. Its biggest disadvantage is that the formwork is replaced during construction and production after customization, which not only easily causes quality risks, but more importantly, affects the construction period (especially special-shaped customized formwork). Therefore, it is the responsibility of every construction worker to take care of the aluminum alloy formwork. During the installation process, the formwork surface cannot be directly hit with a hammer. When removing the formwork it cannot be pried hard to prevent the formwork from deformation, and it is not allowed to remove the formwork for profit because of time. The formwork should be removed according to the principle of removing only one piece at a time to ensure that the formwork is placed steadily on the ground.
